Terms of use

Effective October 26, 2026. By using makobets.ai you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information only

Mako Bets publishes sports research: previews, stats, odds comparison, model output and community picks. We are not a sportsbook, we do not take bets or hold money, and nothing here is financial advice or a guarantee of any result. Odds and prices change quickly and can be out of date or wrong; always check the price at the sportsbook or exchange before you bet.

Models and picks are shown with their test status. A model labelled untested has not shown an edge, and past results do not predict future ones.

Who can use it

You must be of legal betting age where you are (21, or 18 in some states) and follow the laws that apply to you. Sports betting is not legal everywhere; it is your responsibility to bet only where it is.

Your account and posts

Keep your login to yourself; you are responsible for what is posted from your account. Community picks and posts must not be abusive, misleading, spam, someone else's work, or advertising for paid picks. We may remove posts or close accounts that break these rules.

You keep ownership of what you post, and you let us display it on the site.

Links to sportsbooks and exchanges

Links to sportsbooks and prediction-market exchanges are for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their prices, rules, settlements or accounts.

No warranty, limited liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Mako Bets is not liable for any loss, including betting losses, that comes from using the site or relying on anything on it.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: makobetsai@gmail.com.
